Got my ford escape from Weston Ford. Had some initial communication problem, but Khurram stepped in and solved the problem. He also helped to locate a second key that was originally missing. Overall it is a nice buying experience from Weston Ford. Highly recommended!

Came in for an oil change and to get a mirror fixed. They call me back and suggest we also replace the other mirror as well, but I told them not to since it was working without any problems. They kept my car for 3 days, I couldn't get anyone to call me back and give me an update on when my vehicle will be fixed to save my life. I understand the delay due to parts but at least you can call me back and give me an update. 3 days later the mirror is not fixed and I get my car back, only to find out the other mirror is no longer working as well. Their technician was not able to fix the one mirror and screwed up the wiring for the other one in the process. This is not my first bad experience with them. They never call and give updates on the car status in cases where they end up keeping it longer than expected. If you plan to keep the car for a day or two, it would be so useful if you could let the customer know so they can make arrangements for work. Also had a battery fail a week after I had service with them. Somehow their technicians missed that the battery was leaking. They cant fix their own cars and their customer service is seriously lacking, I would suggest to go elsewhere if you have options.

Organised service and friendly staffWas intending to unlock my radio but found out it was totaled due to a possible short after a battery change. No labor fees charged which really appreciated Kudos !!!!

A 2018 (dark red) Mazda SUV with a dark male in his 20s driving the vehicle with only dealer license plates that read Weston Ford. The person driving was going near 100km/hr in a 50km/hr zone and tried to edge me off the road.If these are the types of employees working here I don't want to buy a used car here. I called to report what had happened haven't heard anything back yet.

Frank and his business manager couldn't be less interested in us as buyers. I appreciate when salespeople aren't pushy, but I felt like a hindrance from the start, like I was wasting his time. He was not friendly. We were very interested in the car but I decided pretty early on that I wasn't going to be spending my money there.

Wow. Paid almost $4000 for a repair on a van that was vibrating when on the highway. I got the van back and nothing changed! They claimed they got rid of another noise which was apparently there and refused to work on it (by refused I mean I dropped it off for several weeks only to pick it up again with no work being done on it, and they claimed they didn’t know what was wrong) Reported to corporate.

Please chose other place for service, this one takes advantage from labour installing simple parts in my case was a 127 dollar plastic part from license plate and labour 189 dollars.. ridiculous

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Kyle should choose a different line of work. We were pretty much ignored right off the bat. He was disinterested in working with us and when we finally told him this wasn't going well he tried to save the appointment by showing us "a car they just got in" in their basement lot and the car was severely banged up from an accident!! It was beyond shocking. Don't waste your time with this place.

I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 from this dealership and I have had nothing but issues with this truck. I had a horrible experience dealing with the staff at this dealership. The staff refused to help or acknowledge the issues I was experiencing. I would not recommend coming to this dealership.

My overall experience with Weston Ford has been great especially, with Mike from the Service Team. I would like to thank Mike for his excellent customer service. Mike is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail what is wrong with your vehicle. If the appointment is running longer than usual, he keeps you informed on what is going on. He is very effective and is a pleasure to deal with. Overall wait times are good. I would also like to thank the Service Technicians who looked after my vehicle.

Recently went in to this dealership with the intention to find a new/demo Ford Edge Titanium. Was greeted politely by Mark Jensen, who is a total stand up character. I say this because my intention was to buy new, but as he listened to my list of hopes and must haves.. he actually suggested that I come take a look at one of the preowned vehicles that recently came in.Vehicle hit every single last box of wants and must haves, and included more features than what I was actually looking for or could afford in a new model. I saved myself about 14k from his suggestion maybe it was right timing I don't know.. very easy to deal with, and he made me feel very confident that my choice was a good one.A month later I am absolutely loving my vehicle and it's been such a pleasure to drive.12/10 would refer any people looking into buying a Ford, please give this dealership and specifically Mark Jensen an opportunity to tell you what they can offer.

My 2017 vehicle had a power draw leading to a dead battery almosr every morning. My mechanic determined it was a radio issue drawing the power when the vehicle is off. I needed the dealer to fix the radio. They were told this, could not figure it out, let the vehicle sit and didnt even try to fix it. They then call me and tell me that they arent going to fix it, and i can either pick it up that day or have it towed. Horrendous service. I took it to summit ford that day and they got it fixed in 1 business day.

DANGER!! - I recently went To Weston Ford to buy a new F-150 truck.The sales Consultant was Frank Rende.We worked out a price and he went to write up the contract.When he returned with the typed contract he had altered the contract by over $1000 and tried to cover it up and push me to sign with out me reading it.I did noticed what Frank Rende did and I reported him to his supervisor as well as the head off of Ford Canada.Frank Rende is underhanded and should not be trusted. Buyers beware going to Weston Ford in Toronto!!

They don’t follow up with leads, I have called twice and emailed twice and still no response. I asked a sales representative a few questions about one of their cars and he never got back to me with answers. If this is how you treat your future customers then I have no idea how you sell any vehicles. I was seriously inquiring about a vehicle and got no reply other than some automated response. You have failed in the most basic customer services. Extremely disappointed.
