EVAP Eligibility Requirements
- Vehicle must be purchased or leased on or after February 16, 2026.
- Final negotiated transaction value must be $50,000 or less.
- Vehicle must be built in Canada or a country with a Canadian free-trade agreement.
- Available on lease, finance, or cash purchases.
- Eligible for individual and business customers.
- Applicable to new and eligible demo vehicles (conditions may apply).
