This Ford dealership is one of the best in Ontario. I dealt with Rex and Bruno, in Parts department For parts I needed for a vehicle I shipped overseas. They were super quick to respond. They helped me figure out exactly what parts I needed and they were very clear in communicating with me. If you need any parts or service or a Ford vehicle, I would highly recommend this location. I’ve had Ford vehicles for over 10 years and I’ve dealt with all the different four dealerships in and around southern Ontario and no one‘s been able to come close to the service provided here..

We had the pleasure of purchasing our new 2021 Ford Explorer here. We had a very pleasant experience. We were greeted immediately by reception upon entering the building. I apologize as I don’t remember the receptions name but she connected us with Davinder “Dav” who was more than happy to assist us in purchasing our new vehicle. Dav reviewed some options with my husband who had his eyes set on a Ford Explorer. We came in Saturday afternoon after having an unpleasant experience at Yorkdale Ford. Dav was able to set us up with a 2021 Ford Explorer, we were able to take the car home Tuesday! The car is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our expanding family. We are so grateful to have had such a great experience. Everyone we interacted with at this location was pleasant.
