Who Qualifies?

If you are over 18 and meet one of the following:

Undergrad/College: Graduated (or graduating within 4 months) from an accredited Canadian University, 2-year college, 3-year CEGEP (Quebec), or military/police academy.
Post-Grad (Masters/PhD): Graduated within the last 24 months or currently enrolled and graduating within the next 24 months.
