I called Weston Ford Parts Department for some pricing and was put on hold for 20 mins and then the guy hung up on me and never answered the phone when I called back twice. So I call somewhere else since they don't want to tend to their customers in a timely manner, when I called another dealership and got my part prices in less then 3 mins. The Weston Ford Parts Department clearly doesn't know anything about customer service. My advice call another dealership that is willing to take you call and tend to you inquires. Its sad the Management at Weston Ford has let their Customer Service drop so drastically within the 6 mths.

Dealt with this dealership initially over AutoTrader as I am quite a distance away. They were excellent, especially Khurram. He did everything he could to accommodate me and answered all questions. Very professional, friendly and definitely recommend their service.

Worst Service. Philip from Weston Ford booked me a week ahead. Friday March 19th. For 100K maintenance. Tune-up, Transmission flush, Brake Flush, oil change. It will take longer and booked me for 9am to 2pm. I called March 18 to check. And Philip booked me on 20th. He was able to squeeze me on the 19th. I mentioned all job to my Explorer. Philip knows. March 19th 9am, I wrote all to do items on the work order to make sure he knows. He confirmed. He called at 1pm and said I can pick up. When I took uber to get there they only did oil change. After so many confirmation, they can't understand the job to do with my Explorer.TAKE NOTE PRICE CHEATING!!!$79.95 + $4 = $88.20 they can't explain why their system computes that way. If I didn't catch...how many customers have they cheated on pricing. Take note another $2 supply fee at the very total of the job. The service manager Chris and Philip said they are both new and can't explain it. I asked them to do complete the rest since I took time off from work. Then they called after 2 hrs. They did the flushing. No Tune up, because they only have 2 spark plugs.Why will you book a job without parts.They can't get parts, I have to come back.They can't offer shuttle and won't pay my 2 round trip ubers. They said they discounted $130 brake flushing to $100 to make it square. Midas, VW, Hyundai flushing is less than $100, So they have to jack up the price and discount you. Pretending they did something good. CHEATERS!Remember the names. Philip (service) advisor and Chris (manager).WESTON FORD, TORONTO, ONTARIO CANADA.

I brought my vehicle in to have the engine block replaced.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable .I knew it wasn't a simple job.The only complaint I have was trying to get info on the status of the repair.Once that was resolved I received a loaner til the job was done.I was pleased with the job and the complimentary Detailing from their new Service Manager FarzinI would use them again

Frank was awesome! Handled all of our concerns and questions professionally. Very nice gentleman. The service department also did a great job with our vehicle. Our issue was with Amit - the finance guy. He repeatedly mislead us during the entire process and tried to pressure us to purchase a 4 year warranty on our used vehicle despite us refusing many times. He continued to pressure and intimidate us with information we later found out was misleading and false. He clearly tried to take advantage of people who he thought were young and gullible. Despite him claiming he "wasn't a salesman" he peddled harder than anyone else in that building. The entire time we dealt with him he was very disrespectful. I urge anyone looking to deal with this dealership to inform yourself before dealing with the finance department. Amit alone ruined our experience with this dealership and I will never do business with them again.

Weston Ford Service Dept - 0 star rating. BEWARE of the Service Dept.Had my Ford F150 serviced yesterday for a Recall on the tailgate latch. When I picked up the truck my rear tailgate camera on the latch was no longer working. Never had an issue in the past with the camera. They refused to take ownership of the problem, despite the problem occurring when & where they replaced the latch mechanism. Extremely poor customer response to my concerns. The Floor Supervisor P. Whyte, bluntly stated it was my problem. They will never get my service again !

After visiting several different ford locations, I finally found weston ford where I received excellent service, reasonable pricing and pleasant experience. Mark Jensen, our sales person was patient and helpful. We bought a brand new ford escape hybrid. We had a trade in ford vehicle. Every other ford dealership offered insanely low price on our vehicle even though we're trading in our 2015 ford mustang. And when we got proper pricing, the sales person said we had to sign right then and there. Overall, we had Really bad experience with ford even though we were loyal customers of ford, we were treated like garbage. That is until we spoke to Mark on the phone. Weston ford turned out be very transparent, no gimmicks. And we highly recommend if you want to buy a ford vehicle, choose weston ford. Mark made the whole experience effort less and fun actually! We left happy with our new car! The manager is very friendly as well! Thanks guys!

I had been bringing our Escape here for maintenance for the last few years and the service had been good but this year I have found it has really dropped off.In the summer I had to call several times to get through to service and no one returned my voicemail. I have spent over a week trying to book an oil change, left two voicemails (6 days ago and 4 days ago) and had the receptionist leave a note for the service desk (3 days ago) and I still have not received a call back. Called another dealership and got someone on the first try and booked an appointment for 2 days later.They received 2 stars because staff have always been friendly when I was able to speak to someone.

Got my ford escape from Weston Ford. Had some initial communication problem, but Khurram stepped in and solved the problem. He also helped to locate a second key that was originally missing. Overall it is a nice buying experience from Weston Ford. Highly recommended!

Came in for an oil change and to get a mirror fixed. They call me back and suggest we also replace the other mirror as well, but I told them not to since it was working without any problems. They kept my car for 3 days, I couldn't get anyone to call me back and give me an update on when my vehicle will be fixed to save my life. I understand the delay due to parts but at least you can call me back and give me an update. 3 days later the mirror is not fixed and I get my car back, only to find out the other mirror is no longer working as well. Their technician was not able to fix the one mirror and screwed up the wiring for the other one in the process.This is not my first bad experience with them. They never call and give updates on the car status in cases where they end up keeping it longer than expected. If you plan to keep the car for a day or two, it would be so useful if you could let the customer know so they can make arrangements for work.Also had a battery fail a week after I had service with them. Somehow their technicians missed that the battery was leaking.They cant fix their own cars and their customer service is seriously lacking, I would suggest to go elsewhere if you have options.

Frank and his business manager couldn't be less interested in us as buyers. I appreciate when salespeople aren't pushy, but I felt like a hindrance from the start, like I was wasting his time. He was not friendly. We were very interested in the car but I decided pretty early on that I wasn't going to be spending my money there.

Mike is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail what is wrong with your vehicle. If the appointment is running longer than usual, he keeps you informed on what is going on. Recently went in to this dealership with the intention to find a new/demo Ford Edge Titanium. Was greeted politely by Mark Jensen, who is a total stand up character. I say this because my intention was to buy new, but as he listened to my list of hopes and must haves.. he actually suggested that I come take a look at one of the preowned vehicles that recently came in.Vehicle hit every single last box of wants and must haves, and included more features than what I was actually looking for or could afford in a new model. I saved myself about 14k from his suggestion maybe it was right timing I don't know.. very easy to deal with, and he made me feel very confident that my choice was a good one.A month later I am absolutely loving my vehicle and it's been such a pleasure to drive.12/10 would refer any people looking into buying a Ford, please give this dealership and specifically Mark Jensen an opportunity to tell you what they can offer.

My 2017 vehicle had a power draw leading to a dead battery almosr every morning. My mechanic determined it was a radio issue drawing the power when the vehicle is off. I needed the dealer to fix the radio. They were told this, could not figure it out, let the vehicle sit and didnt even try to fix it. They then call me and tell me that they arent going to fix it, and i can either pick it up that day or have it towed. Horrendous service. I took it to summit ford that day and they got it fixed in 1 business day.

DANGER!! - I recently went To Weston Ford to buy a new F-150 truck.The sales Consultant was Frank Rende.We worked out a price and he went to write up the contract.When he returned with the typed contract he had altered the contract by over $1000 and tried to cover it up and push me to sign with out me reading it.I did noticed what Frank Rende did and I reported him to his supervisor as well as the head off of Ford Canada.Frank Rende is underhanded and should not be trusted. Buyers beware going to Weston Ford in Toronto!!

They don’t follow up with leads, I have called twice and emailed twice and still no response. I asked a sales representative a few questions about one of their cars and he never got back to me with answers. If this is how you treat your future customers then I have no idea how you sell any vehicles. I was seriously inquiring about a vehicle and got no reply other than some automated response. You have failed in the most basic customer services. Extremely disappointed.

Bad service that is overpriced. Numerous times I have had to bring vehicle back to them, after picking it up for service. They have kept my tires after a change and did not align the tires (van would shake when doing over 100KM an hour).Also they did not bother to update me when my vehicle would be ready. Kept it for over a week without updating me or providing loaner to get around.Never will use them again, I suggest you do the same.
