Requirements

Ensure your purchase or lease meets all program criteria to receive the federal incentive.

Purchase Date

Must be purchased or leased on or after February 16, 2026 to qualify for the incentive.

Transaction Price

Final negotiated transaction value must be $50,000 or less at time of signing.

Country of Build

Vehicle must be built in Canada or a country with a Canadian free-trade agreement.

Purchase Type

Available on lease, finance, or cash purchases. All transaction methods qualify.

Customer Type

Open to individual and business customers. No income restrictions apply.

Vehicle Condition

Applicable to new and eligible demo vehicles. Conditions may apply for demo units.
