Frank was awesome! Handled all of our concerns and questions professionally. Very nice gentleman. The service department also did a great job with our vehicle. Our issue was with Amit - the finance guy. He repeatedly mislead us during the entire process and tried to pressure us to purchase a 4 year warranty on our used vehicle despite us refusing many times. He continued to pressure and intimidate us with information we later found out was misleading and false. He clearly tried to take advantage of people who he thought were young and gullible. Despite him claiming he "wasn't a salesman" he peddled harder than anyone else in that building. The entire time we dealt with him he was very disrespectful. I urge anyone looking to deal with this dealership to inform yourself before dealing with the finance department. Amit alone ruined our experience with this dealership and I will never do business with them again.

Weston Ford Service Dept - 0 star rating. BEWARE of the Service Dept.Had my Ford F150 serviced yesterday for a Recall on the tailgate latch. When I picked up the truck my rear tailgate camera on the latch was no longer working. Never had an issue in the past with the camera. They refused to take ownership of the problem, despite the problem occurring when & where they replaced the latch mechanism. Extremely poor customer response to my concerns. The Floor Supervisor P. Whyte, bluntly stated it was my problem. They will never get my service again !

After visiting several different ford locations, I finally found weston ford where I received excellent service, reasonable pricing and pleasant experience. Mark Jensen, our sales person was patient and helpful. We bought a brand new ford escape hybrid. We had a trade in ford vehicle. Every other ford dealership offered insanely low price on our vehicle even though we're trading in our 2015 ford mustang. And when we got proper pricing, the sales person said we had to sign right then and there. Overall, we had Really bad experience with ford even though we were loyal customers of ford, we were treated like garbage. That is until we spoke to Mark on the phone. Weston ford turned out be very transparent, no gimmicks. And we highly recommend if you want to buy a ford vehicle, choose weston ford. Mark made the whole experience effort less and fun actually! We left happy with our new car! The manager is very friendly as well! Thanks guys!

I had been bringing our Escape here for maintenance for the last few years and the service had been good but this year I have found it has really dropped off.In the summer I had to call several times to get through to service and no one returned my voicemail. I have spent over a week trying to book an oil change, left two voicemails (6 days ago and 4 days ago) and had the receptionist leave a note for the service desk (3 days ago) and I still have not received a call back. Called another dealership and got someone on the first try and booked an appointment for 2 days later.They received 2 stars because staff have always been friendly when I was able to speak to someone.

Came in for an oil change and to get a mirror fixed. They call me back and suggest we also replace the other mirror as well, but I told them not to since it was working without any problems. They kept my car for 3 days, I couldn't get anyone to call me back and give me an update on when my vehicle will be fixed to save my life. I understand the delay due to parts but at least you can call me back and give me an update. 3 days later the mirror is not fixed and I get my car back, only to find out the other mirror is no longer working as well. Their technician was not able to fix the one mirror and screwed up the wiring for the other one in the process.This is not my first bad experience with them. They never call and give updates on the car status in cases where they end up keeping it longer than expected. If you plan to keep the car for a day or two, it would be so useful if you could let the customer know so they can make arrangements for work.Also had a battery fail a week after I had service with them. Somehow their technicians missed that the battery was leaking.They cant fix their own cars and their customer service is seriously lacking, I would suggest to go elsewhere if you have options.

Wow. Paid almost $4000 for a repair on a van that was vibrating when on the highway. I got the van back and nothing changed! They claimed they got rid of another noise which was apparently there and refused to work on it (by refused I mean I dropped it off for several weeks only to pick it up again with no work being done on it, and they claimed they didn’t know what was wrong) Reported to corporate.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Kyle should choose a different line of work. We were pretty much ignored right off the bat. He was disinterested in working with us and when we finally told him this wasn't going well he tried to save the appointment by showing us "a car they just got in" in their basement lot and the car was severely banged up from an accident!! It was beyond shocking. Don't waste your time with this place.

Recently went in to this dealership with the intention to find a new/demo Ford Edge Titanium. Was greeted politely by Mark Jensen, who is a total stand up character. I say this because my intention was to buy new, but as he listened to my list of hopes and must haves.. he actually suggested that I come take a look at one of the preowned vehicles that recently came in.Vehicle hit every single last box of wants and must haves, and included more features than what I was actually looking for or could afford in a new model. My 2017 vehicle had a power draw leading to a dead battery almosr every morning. My mechanic determined it was a radio issue drawing the power when the vehicle is off. I needed the dealer to fix the radio. They were told this, could not figure it out, let the vehicle sit and didnt even try to fix it. They then call me and tell me that they arent going to fix it, and i can either pick it up that day or have it towed. Horrendous service. I took it to summit ford that day and they got it fixed in 1 business day.

DANGER!! - I recently went To Weston Ford to buy a new F-150 truck.The sales Consultant was Frank Rende.We worked out a price and he went to write up the contract.When he returned with the typed contract he had altered the contract by over $1000 and tried to cover it up and push me to sign with out me reading it.I did noticed what Frank Rende did and I reported him to his supervisor as well as the head off of Ford Canada.Frank Rende is underhanded and should not be trusted. Buyers beware going to Weston Ford in Toronto!!

They don’t follow up with leads, I have called twice and emailed twice and still no response. I asked a sales representative a few questions about one of their cars and he never got back to me with answers. If this is how you treat your future customers then I have no idea how you sell any vehicles. I was seriously inquiring about a vehicle and got no reply other than some automated response. Bad service that is overpriced. Numerous times I have had to bring vehicle back to them, after picking it up for service. They have kept my tires after a change and did not align the tires (van would shake when doing over 100KM an hour).Also they did not bother to update me when my vehicle would be ready. Kept it for over a week without updating me or providing loaner to get around.Never will use them again, I suggest you do the same.

Brought van here because of recall and they had it for 4 days didnt want to give me a rental when i got back I was just about to head on hwy 401 and stopped at timmies and just before I was to head on 401 I was just about to stop at stop sign and my back left passenger side axle fell off they didnt tight but I walked about 150 ft back and found it on the road I called them and they did not about this it was crazy I would have been killed if I had gotten on 401 they changed something on the axle and didnt even tighten bolt more to say but not enough room

Even If we won't, I wanted to write something for this place.First of all, before we came here, we went to many dealerships, from small ones to large authorized ones. Weston Ford impressed me that much, I wanted to let everyone know about here, as a small way to thank them.I would personally thank to Mr. Fernando Lopez first. When we came here, he helped us with all the experience and knowledge he has over his long career ,in a really professional level. Explained everything with every small detail, which we needed to hear.Like most of people, we needed a good payment method, a balanced one. He provided us every combination of payments, so that we choose the best for us among those choices.In short, he made us feel satisfied. And Also I forgot his last name but I also like to thank Mr. Carlos. Despite he knows we are working with Mr. Lopez, he helped us a lot, and let us made our choice easier.Among all dealerships I stepped in, from front desk until signing part, this places made feel like A customer unlike many other dealerships.Like I said, I will update my comment with my time, but so far, 5 out of 5, without regret. Time will show what will happen after getting our first Ford :)UPDATE: apparently all that smiles and exemplary behaviours are there until they gain your trust and f*** you over on the contract. After delivery they make sure that you get all the good (!) news about your contract and they want you to make extra payments. They don't keep their promises. They don't make the discounts they tell did.It was all business after all.Did I tell you we had to pay more of retail price. All paperwork was made excellent!UPDATE 2: After we got a call about that extra payment, We headed up there again and spoke to General Manager. He told us he was going to investigate it and then he updated us, apparently, there was a mistake somewhere. So we didn't have to pay that extra.I will update my review once again after getting my car checked and serviced once again to make sure there is nothing wrong from car's side as well.

This is the first review I've ever written for any ford dealership so I hope this says something. I'm so grateful I walked into this dealership and had my truck looked after by such wonderful people. (I've been to other ford dealerships for other work and let's just say my truck wont be going there ever.) The people working at Ford Weston answered all my questions/concerns with my timing chain issues and ultimately fixed the problem. In my eyes they're the best at what they do and I've been to a lot of dealerships unfortunately so I can safely say this is true. I just want to finish up by saying thank you so much to the service manager Kimberly, you truly are amazing. I also want to thank Nicole, Mike, Darren, Lee and the technician Yamma who worked on my vehicle, you guys are wonderful and are the reason Ford Weston is the best dealership I've ever been too. So thank you!!!!

I had a general tune up+ tire rotation and brake inspection. immediately the next day my car steering was going towards the right and the steering was vibrating (quite dangerous). I called and went back to Weston ford the following week and they mentioned that it is definitely not from them. I tried to mention to them that it is definitely something from the tune up, as the problem immediately started the next day. in the tune up they also performed brake inspection and also the tire rotation. There must have been something wrong with these two services they performed. I agree that my tires are worn, but they cant cause such a huge change in <24 hours from service??? But the service person mentioned to bring it in during the day (which I can't since I am working). They said they can ask the technician who performed it, but he would definitely say that he had nothing to do with it. Basically ford Weston receptionist was trying to prove that what i was saying can't be true. I already spend $1,000 ($625 on labour) on this repair and I got back my car with this issue and I wouldn't want to pay extra... Unfortunately i would not recommend service here as there might be new problems that would develop just by having a simple tune up+tire rotation/inspection. I am really shocked by this as I really appreciate other ford dealership responses............................I really appreciate the kind response for Weston Ford to do balancing. I duefully appreciate service that needs appreciation. This is what I generally like about fords service. It is not completely about the extra cost of balancing but the full point service and hassle to customers caused that i didn't appreciate. However I am quite surprised why this was not brought into my attention when the technician took it out for a test drive, they could have easily spotted this and should have rectified on the spot...??? I am not sure if weston ford can do balancing on weekends. also the receptionist informed me to do balancing with my new winter tires that i will be changing in a month as the current tires are worn (5/32 in) and wouldnt want to do balancong again (if balancong is the issue)

dont know about this dealership but if is anything like their erratic driver on the 401 heading west just outside kitchener approximately 1:20pm doing 140 kph and the passenger flipping people off as they pass them I would stay away. not even sure why the company vehicle is out on a Sunday when the dealership is closed.

Purchased my 2018 F-150 through Weston Ford via car help Canada. Definitely the easiest new car purchase I've ever made.No back and forth price haggling, just sign the paperwork and then deal with the finance manager for any extras you may want. I was in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours thanks to my salesman Mark Jensen. I haven't used the dealership for service as I don't live in the area hence my 4 star rating but my actual car buying experience was top notch.

Weston Ford has been nothing but professional and accommodating. Almost two years ago, I visited Weston Ford and described the type of vehicle I was looking for and my price range. I was presented with several used car options that fit the criteria. Since my purchase I have returned for my oil changes and recently to have a sound my car was making checked out. The issue was diagnosed and I was presented with a quote. I checked this quote with my cousin who doesn't live close by but is a mechanic and he assured me that it was very reasonable. I feel that Weston Ford has honest staff that understands cars and the needs of their customers. I highly recommend them.

The part guy with spiky hair is the absolute best! It seems every time I go for service I have issues. This time they asked to keep my car overnight for safety related work. Called back the next day at 4pm to see if the car was ready to be picked up and they had no idea the car was to be worked on because the person in charge of my car was not in that day. My car is still at the dealership. They didn't even apologize or show any care that they messed up and inconvenienced me. And this doesn't even cover the times my car came back in need of more work than before it went in.

Don't waste your time. They will promise you something, then back off and tell you that the deal that's on paper is now actually costing more and claiming that your contract with them is garbage and they are trying to make you feel responsible for what is written on the contract BY THEM after you signed the deal. I assume management didn't like the deal that was signed but it's the car seller's problem, not mine however since they said they won't get us the car we wanted and already signed the contract with them, we backed off as they couldn't deliver what they promised. The deal was hand written first, signed then typed up again and signed again, so twice they also signed it, but the next day they said this will cost us more. How would you not know what are you selling and how much it is costing you? They blamed us. How lame and shameful is that? Go to another Ford, they don't deserve business here.

Bought a pre owned fusion from Cruickshank told me car had not been in any accidents. Brought it into Erinwood Ford to trade in for a newer Fusion and turns out it was in a major accident over 7,000. They provided me false car reports. I've reported this to OMVIC so this does not happen to someone else. Shame on you Cruikshank.

This is a response to the review below written by Bilal Jamil. This gentlemen was verbally abusive to our staff and is spreading lies about this dealership. I personally spoke with him to assure him that our staff make every effort to act in a professional manner. I have never been prouder to work with a group of dedicated individuals as I have here at Cruickshank Ford. The fact that this customer took it upon himself to name members of the staff at Cruickshank Ford spouting outright lies is both intrusive and irresponsible.

Barry Boyle was absolutely amazing! When the bank didnt come through with my financing, Ford did whatever it took to make the numbers work for me. At the end of the day I walked away with the car i wanted! I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a Toronto location that still has that small town charm and care!Amazing amazing amazing!

Salesman "Igor" was the complete opposite of friendly. Cold, distant and rude on the phone.I had to repeat good morning 2-3 times in order to get a response from him.I was hung up on as I tried to list the vehicle I was looking for.Terrible phone etiquette and terrible manners.1 star cause I can't give 0

Dealt with Fernando and Steven. Both very helpful but ended up closing the deal with Steven (sales manager). I had a trade in 2009 Ford Escape XLT that also gave them more room to negotiate. Fernando had given me a price that was standard with all the employee discounts and costco discounts. However, a rival dealer had a price that was $3000 less cash $2000 less finance at 0%. After some negotiating with Steven I had told him that I needed to be at $35,000 for the 0% finance. He eventually met me at that price. Very helpful service overall. Not much pressure to buy and friendly staff.

Bought a used 2013 Ford fusion, experienced lots of problems with the car such as rattling noise from front foors, loud wind noise, speaker issues, etc. Now I'm sending it back the second time to fix the rattling noise. The dealer told me tires were perfect yet I found out one of them was broken and had a patch on it. DO NOT recommend buying a used car from this place.

Great place to buy a car! I would recommend talking to Fernando Lopez, who has helped every time I've visited Ford. I currently have my second car from this dealer (Ford Escape 2014) and I am looking into changing it for an Edge 2016.Fernando is always helpful and takes his time to answer to all my questions and I always have lots of them lol !

Hello everyone. Just picked up my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. Unbelievable vehicle to say the least. I have been a loyal customer at Cruickshank for years. I only lease or buy Ford vehicles as well. Every time i reenter this dealer ship i deal with one person only ( Villy Caneva )and she will always beat anyone competitor around. i always price match to keep myself and them honest but Villy always beat the prices. I strongly recommend Cruickshank and Villy Caneva.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. These guys are completely unreliable. Vehicle wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and when I did get it, it didn't have what that I had ordered. They are now making me work around their schedule to get the work done over weeks and weeks, causing major disruptions to my business and costing me a lot of money.Take the extra time to drive to Yorkdale Ford, these guys just don't care about you at all.Good luck.
