Ford dealerships are typically pretty standard and I originally started coming to this dealership based on convenience of location. I’ve since moved and I keep coming back to this one because of their excellent staff and service. 5 stars every time!

We had the pleasure of purchasing our new 2021 Ford Explorer here. We had a very pleasant experience. We were greeted immediately by reception upon entering the building. I apologize as I don’t remember the receptions name but she connected us with Davinder “Dav” who was more than happy to assist us in purchasing our new vehicle. Dav reviewed some options with my husband who had his eyes set on a Ford Explorer. We came in Saturday afternoon after having an unpleasant experience at Yorkdale Ford. Dav was able to set us up with a 2021 Ford Explorer, we were able to take the car home Tuesday! The car is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our expanding family. We are so grateful to have had such a great experience. Everyone we interacted with at this location was pleasant. Dav was especially patient as we had many questions and we did not feel rushed in any way. If you are looking for a excellent dealership then go to Weston Ford , they don’t disappoint 🙂

Side note Villy the sales manager is unable to empathize and provide even satisfactory customer service. Amit the financial service manager took advantage of my lack of experience and knowledge in the automotive industry. Together they made my first experience with Weston ford garbage. I purchased my first truck with them 3 years ago and remedying that experience was so excruciating while attempting to secured another truck this year. Roy, the general manager, straightforward and pleasant to deal with. With Roy and Zohair’s combined efforts I was able to leave there happy. Shout out Zohair one more time!
